Return & Refund Policy
At Exibu, all products are custom-made to order. Once an order is confirmed and artwork has been approved, production begins immediately. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order selection, or design changes after approval.
Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement
We will only accept claims in the following situations:
- Faulty or defective product due to manufacturing error.
- Product does not match the confirmed order (wrong size, material, or specifications).
- Printing defects such as smudges, ink errors, or major color inconsistencies not aligned with the approved proof.
Important Artwork Disclaimer
- All designs are printed exactly as provided by you.
- Exibu is not responsible for errors, low resolution, or design flaws in customer-submitted artwork.
- Please note: slight color variations between digital proofs and final prints are normal due to printing processes and cannot be considered defects.
Reporting Issues
- Any issues or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- To file a claim, email us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or reprint free of cost.
- Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases and will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Custom products cannot be returned for dissatisfaction with design, incorrect artwork supplied, or damage caused
by misuse.
